Cash out requirements
A customer may request for payment if he/she has fulfilled the following requirements:

If the customer used a credit card (Visa, Master Card, Central Coin, or FIREPAY) at any point, he/she must send the Deposit Transaction Agreement Form, together with the documents required in the form.

The customer must have fulfilled the wagering requirements based on the bonus given to him on a deposit.
- The amount of the withdrawal requested must NOT be equal or less than the non-cashable bonus.

Approved payment from free chips, the customer must send any copy of their ID.

Cash out Schedules
Cash out requests will take approximately 7 to 15 business days depending on the method that it was deposited.
Regular Customers:
Deposits coming from:
a) Credit or Debit card (Visa/Master): will take approximately 7-15 business days.
b) Other Methods: will take approximately 7 to 15 business days.
VIP Customers:
Deposits coming from:
a) Credit or Debit card (Visa/Master): will take approximately 5-10 business days.
b) Other Methods: will take approximately 3-7 business days.
Remember: Checks are sent only twice a month, so payout may take up to 15 days or more. Fees are deducted from the approved payment.
Note: VIP customers must use their VIP account to benefit from their VIP privileges.
